What a terrible post sale experience. They sold a pool that could not fit the backyard, took them 1 month to schedule me back in. Installed the pool and after 3 weeks not a single communication to clean the pool or do the handover so I can have the landscaping done. The heat pump they sold cannot fit and a different one will have to be ordered, another 3 months wait. Bea the client liaison is not helpful at all, if you get her, ask for another client rep. The installers were pretty good though, cleaned after and did a good job.

Factory Pools were excellent and installation of my pool went smoothly despite a difficult to access site. I definitely appreciate the support of the team, especially Steve, Bea and Caleb who all went over and above. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a new pool!

I got my pool installed 5 weeks ago.
First off I want to give 5 stars for the pool itself and the pool install people
But I have had issues with the management of factory pools who also run under the name barrier reef pools, first issue is they donot provide and help or solution for the backwash plumbing side of the sand filter. You have to sort this out yourself accordinf to them ehich is poor. 2nd the electricians that ran their power to the filter/pump lifted up some pavers to install and never bothered putting the pavers back into position which is unprofessional, 3rd i originally asked for

Ben at joondalup was super helpful and knowledgeable and was always available to answer any of my queries. Ben went above and beyond to get a pool to fit in our narrow back yard that most other companies we're either not interested in helping or charging large fees on top.
The installation was smooth and fast.

After waiting 6 months since signing contracts, we received a pool with the wrong dimensions. Depths on both ends are incorrect. Shallow end much deeper and deep end so much shallower plus and extra step not on any brochure, site plan or website. The pool has been advertised wrong, they admit the fault, they found the mould dimensions were incorrect to what we signed our contract for. Not only are we left with this pool which is too deep for our kids to play in but they refuse to fix the problem. Happy to take your money and not deliver what is promised and when things go wrong they don’t reply
