Linton and Indira and the whole team that worked with us from start to finish is MORE than 5 star service. I was always kept informed of every detail and there was constant communication throughout the whole process. They helped educate me on all the different types of blinds and shutters and awnings (multiple times!) and gave me the best opinion and advice to suit my house. Highly recommended if you want personalised service!

Having installed external shutters previously in Melbourne through Portside Shutters, I was familiar with the high quality of their work and excellent customer service. Having made the move to Tasmania, I approached Linton and Indira on the possibility of installing their plantation shutters in my Hobart house. It was a daunting task given the travel restrictions in place and having to manage measurements and installation remotely using local contractors. The process of managing the project from Melbourne went smoothly with the installation done by an extremely professional and competent contractor

I've just had new blinds installed in my shop by Portside Shutters. They are excellent, I'm very happy with them. Also, the service from Indira, Linton and their installer Morgan was excellent. Because my blinds had to be specially printed, getting the colour right was essential. Throughout, Indira was extremely patient. I highly recommend this business!

The efficiency, responsiveness and friendly service at this time of the year (November/December!) was very refreshing ... out of hours communication and weekend installation, you cant ask for much more!!! They were so accommodating and patient, even though we were very indecisive! Their expert guidance on all of the different window covering options has also been invaluable. I have used Portside Shutters twice over the past 3 years to install plantation shutters in my home. I contacted Portside Shutters after moving into a new flat that required window treatments throughout. Both Linton and Indira were friendly and helpful from the get go.
