Extremely disappointed. I purchased a fan online back in November 2021 for in store pickup, it has now been 2 months and I still have not received my item.
I purchased the same product from them back in early 2020 when COVID first hit and I didn't have issues, but this time around I have had nothing but trouble.
I kept getting we don't know when it is coming in responses, twice I was told it will be here next week only to be told it wasn't the correct size fan or it didn't come in and they don't know when it would arrive.
I have also been told, there is plenty of stock I don't know why you haven

I use eurolight as a supplier for all my lighting needs. I am part of a small constrution team and eurolight have never ceased to amaze me with their excellent service and quality products. Although lockdown was hard for most businesses, I found eurolight adaptable and consistent with their service and execution. 5 stars for this place and I'll continue to use them!!

As with numerous other buyers, I have had a woeful experience with Eurolight. I ordered 2 outdoor lights online in August 2020. Following delivery I discovered that I had been sent the wrong ones. I emailed the manager, Anthony Care (oh the irony of that surname!) who blamed Eurolight's supplier, but said that he would organise a return of the incorrect lights and delivery of the correct ones (after first trying to persuade me to keep the incorrect lights!). After a number of emails back and forth (full of empty promises) I'm still waiting....over a year later!! As a number of other reviewers have

Like several other reviews below, my experience with Eurolight was uniformly awful. My local Turks electrical wholesalers was out of stock of some fairly common led downlights, so I thought I would order a couple more on line from a local store here in Sydney. I wound up ordering from Eurolight, despite my reservations on the reviews, thinking how hard could it be to post two common downlights?
Boy was I wrong. What a saga. It took 4 weeks, half a dozen phone calls, repeated badgering of the unfriendly staff, and a threat to contest my credit card purchase before I finally got somewhere. It was

What a joke their service is. I ordered lights online which were "in stock" over two weeks ago. I've made seven phone calls trying to find out where they are, had to postpone the electrician twice already, and despite being told they'd been dispatched three times over the last week and a half now being told the lights are "with dispatch". We've not received a return call when promised, they have "different systems" which aren't connected so no one there knows whats going on, and they tell you things which simply aren't true in order to avoid taking responsibility for following through the order
