Very happy with how the solar installation went. All completed in one day on our double storey house. The app works well. They are quick to reply if there are any problems. However you will need a Tesla recommended electrician if you want a Tesla EV charger, which is an extra cost that needs to be factored in.

From beginning to end Solarhart Newcastle have been fantastic. The initial quote was competitive and value for money particularly given the products offered. The sales manager (Liam) was friendly, open and professional, he listened to all our questions and designed a system to meet our needs. Installation was prompt and efficient again staff were friendly and professional. Follow up has been as described and always helpful given this is the first system we have had installed. I have had a Solarhart HWS for 5 years and couldn’t be happier with its performance. Decided to go forward with another Solar HWS for my elderly parents and Solar panels for me. I had a very positive and professional experience with the quotation, assistance with system choice and fantastic installation. Everyone in the team from the representative, office personnel and installation technicians were so great to deal with and happy to answer any questions.
