It's a bonus to know some of the basic vocabulary that can assist you in shopping or simply browsing for tiles.

I ordered some tiles for a renovation a couple months ago with the help of Sienna. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with the products and design in general. She made the whole process extremely easy and was even able to organise delivery for the following day! Overall, I had a great experience with FINN Tile Project and would use their products again.

Found Finn Tiles on Gumtree and was pleasantly surprised when I got to the showroom/warehouse at the professionalism and knowledge of the staff (Sienna). Courteous, interested in my application, new the product well, sourced extra data on the tiles that I was interested in, most impressive service. Price was less than half that of a similar rectified porcelain tile I was looking at elsewhere. Five stars from me.
