Fast and friendly service, seems like a reasonably large range and well priced. That aside, I had a pretty poor experience overall as I was oversold on a product. I made it very clear what my needs were, and I was recommended more than double what I needed. I made it clear that I needed guidance, and I feel I was taken advantage of.

Had a load of road based delivered. Very quick delivery time. Unfortunately, the driver didnt have the equipment required to unload evenly over the length of the driveway. I have a 13 tonne lump to deal with. am now forced to do a massive amount of avoidable labour but for the sake of equipment that should reasonably be expected. When I questioned the staff I was told I should have told them what equipment they needed to bring....As I waste hours upon hours of my time doing avoidable work the likelihood I would ever use them again dimishes by the barrow load....
