Services
Cleaning and Sealing will restore your asset to its original condition and reduce future maintenance costs. The two-step process involves a Product Wash and application of Techni-Seal's sealing protection system. A Product Wash prepares your surface for sealing by exfoliating the surface. Your asset will be completely cleaned using Techni-Seal's pavement care products and the Techni-Clean cleaning system.
If your asset has been affected by graffiti or vandalism, Techni-Clean can respond quickly to clean the surface. We can also provide a tailored graffiti management program to make future maintenance quicker, easier and more cost effective. Our range of techniques and exclusive Techni-Seal graffiti removal products effectively remove graffiti from any surface.
Joint caulking not only enhances the aesthetics of your asset, but sealing joints provides important protection against water and mould damage. Techni-Seal offer their own in-house joint caulking products. We can provide silicone and sand caulking options, adapt to different depth and width specifications, and select from a range of colours and finishes to match your surface.
Techni-Clean Australia is a leading provider of Hard Scape Solutions. New to our range, is Techni-Seal's Polymeric Jointing Sand. This sand hardens when it gets wet making it ideal for pavers in heavy vehicle traffic areas or steeper than normal terrain. The Jointing Sand comes in a variety of colours to match your surface or to make it stand out.
The Canberra Light Rail Project is a large-scale infrastructure development project in the ACT. Stage 1 of the development was completed in early 2019, with 13 Light Rail Stops along a 12km track connecting the City to the northern suburb of Gungahlin. We delivered a range of services during Stage 1, including Cleaning and Sealing all platforms along the route and Joint Caulking many areas along the 12km track.
