If it were possible I would give no stars. A few years ago the Howitt st branch installed a 'new' piece of glass in a sliding door. My mower had shattered it with a stone. The glass had previously been tinted. It was taken away and returned later 'fixed'. When the people arrived to replace the tint,they contacted me to explain the glass fitted was unsuitable for tinting,and already had a crack forming out from the frame anyway. Apparently it is well known in the glazing industry,that thermal breakage can occur when tinting is applied to unsuitable glass. The correct glass for tinting is a considerably
