A place where you can rest and relax, our new pavilion style home will make home feel like a holiday. Retreat 80 features a large beautiful breezeway deck separating the living areas to the bedrooms. We have our very own experienced in-house cabinetry team that will discuss your cabinetry plan and help you to choose your colours, and design requirements to meet your needs.
This home is perfect for a small family offering 3 bedrooms all with built in wardrobes. A separate toilet to the bath with a walk through laundry. A broom cupboard in the laundry and plenty of linen storage in the hallway with an open plan living area. We have our very own experienced in-house cabinetry team that will discuss your cabinetry plan and help you to choose your colours, and design requirements to meet your needs.
The building crew were fantastic. The building was built onsite and I was granted access to inspect the building at any time during the process. There was no problem with discussing any queries that I had, and any suggestions were dealt with quickly. So many people have said to me how building their house was the most stressful thing that they have ever done, but for the most part I thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.

It took 4 months working on a purchase, we paid prelim deposit and paid for all the soil test, etc. Plans prepared and price negotiated. Then right at the time we were about to sign the contract they added… $18k to the price because they ‘overlooked’ an issue I had raised with them right from the start & had done several times. Needless to say we didn’t progress with Gateway Constructions and lost all that time, part of the deposit and costs we incurred for tests. Went to another company and had a house on our block within 2 months.
