Our pool shop is still open (please call and check before you come though). However, if you prefer a zero contact pickup/delivery service, you can get your pool chemicals or accessories this way. We'll discuss the details including price with you, we can take the payment over the phone and arrange for a pickup or delivery.

If you are looking for a pool installation, go no further than Dean and the boys at Gordon Ave Pools. The original meeting was with Dean and he was great in explaining his product and the installation process. As we were building a new home in Ocean Grove, the logistics involved in the building process, create unavoidable changes to schedules.This was not a problem for Gordon Ave Pools. After speaking with Sam we rescheduled the installation several times with not one objection as to why. The installation was a quick and smooth process, due to Sam's site visits and phone updates. Our Pool and Spa were installed by Dean and the team at Gordon Ave over 12 years ago. Recently we have had to have some maintenance carried out and Dean is nothing short of a gentleman where no question or job is too big or small and the blokes who help out with these jobs are brilliant. Where do I start..... I highly recommend Gordon Avenue Pools to anyone wanting a swimming pool, this family business deserves every award that comes their way. I had an issue with getting my pool running again after the "Start of the Season" mandatory cleaning of everything. Could not figure out what my issue was so I went to the shop and spoke to Neil Sandwith. To say I received excellent service is an understatement! Neil had me send him photos of the system and worked through the possible issues over… the phone with me. Finally found the problem and are back up and running thanks to Neil's patience and extensive knowledge. As Steve Ball has said, we bought our spa from Gordon Ave about 5 years ago. At the time of purchase, they were very happy with us and their customer service for the sale was great. I continued supporting their business by travelling across town to source chemicals and water testing even though I had a number of spa businesses closer to my area.… Recently our spa developed a leak. I called on a Sat morn as soon as the leak was discovered. I was told that there was at least a two week waiting period, but that leaks often took priority. I was promised a return phone call the following Monday

We bought our spa from Gordon Ave about five years ago and they were great. All was good and we have purchased all of our supplies from here since then, until our spa developed a leak. We could not even get… them to return our calls and when we politely expressed our disappointment and suggested we should go elsewhere they agreed. We are currently building our next home and will definitely take advantage of the better value available in Melbourne rather than supporting a local supplier who leaves us on our own when we need help.
