Services
Simply sign the bottom of the quotation and return it to our office with payment of a 50% deposit for your share. We ask that you obtain an acceptance from your neighbour & 50% deposit also. If the fence is going to be full cost to yourself, we will arrange a construction date with you at the time you return your signed quotation.
Timber paling fence is constructed of treated pine you normally find as a rear or side fence on a residential property typically built using cypress posts with treated pine plinth, rails & palings with 50mm gaps of 150mm x 12mm thick and 100mm x 12mm palings are then nailed over the gap. 2 Expose the posts - this means the posts can be seen on both sides of the paling fence rather than just the framed side as pictured in 2nd photo.
