I have been shopping at B&H for many years. What I like most is the large assortment of cables, fasteners, velcro straps, clamps, super-clamps, and endless other types of small but necessary peripheral items, stands, tripods, extension poles, auto-poles and digital hubs. Their sales persons never rush me or use high pressure sales tactics. In fact they often educate me while verbally sharing their knowledge in a way that I can understand.

Simply the best place for purchasing audio and video equipment. As a NYC resident, I always order online and utilize the in-store pickup option, which is extremely convenient, quick and efficient. The customer service and communication is as good as it gets. I love that when I put something in my wish list, I automatically get an email if the price drops. Great store!

I always loved this place, but watch out for the fine print in their return policy! I bought a large monitor there last year in part because they were really pushing their flexible holiday return policy. So when the monitor didn't fit our needs, i tried to return it a few days after i bought it. I had all the packing and everything was in perfect condition. Should be no problem, right? Wrong! You see, they don't accept returns on monitors larger than 37 inches under any circumstances. I kind of understand the reason for the policy for big screen tvs, but i simply didn't expect that a large computer

One of the best electronics stores in the United States and the world. Service as always excellent, with employees speaking more than one language (Spanish and Portuguese). You can order through the website and withdraw after three hours in the store. I highly recommend visiting, even if you don't want to buy anything.

Professional sales staff are experienced and quite knowledgeable. Customer parking lot is on 34th street across from the store.
This is an extremely well run shop making for a great customer experience. Highly recommend.
