With comprehensive product displays, experienced staff and an ideas lounge in each superstore, it is simple to find the products and services needed to create the look you want. We do keep a very large array of products in stock but as we have so many products we simply don't have the room to keep everything. Some products are also made to order which we would always need to confirm the length of time that this would take to be ready. No you can pick up any number of items that you need.
Our proprietary system called MQUOTE matches you with the right tradie who operates in your area and can provide the quote and service you need. We look at what you need and want, then organise for two or three tradespeople to come to you and provide a quote. This will also minimise risk on your job, as we keep a constant link to our best tradespeople.

Unbelievably easy service for some artificial grass!
Arranged an after hours quote, was phoned half hour prior to arrival.
Quote was received the next day as promised.
Job was booked in and guys showed up on the day.
Guys did a great job laying the grass and we’re very friendly (even taking time to play with our dogs)
Result is even better than imagined!!!

I found the unprofessionalism of the staff specifically in the accounts section to be appauling. Taking almost 6 weeks even when supplied all required documents from trades references weeks prior to be really poor performance. Unrealistic expectations when applying for credit accounts. Not family business friendly.
Communication and attitudes towards customers and our business was really disrespectful with no urgency or again professional courtesy ... The outcome was affecting our ability as a family business to support our client. Staff unable to perform basic maths when calculating supplies

I went in looking for a price for concrete pavers. I had several quotes for bluestone from landscapers. I live in Doveton. Let’s not over capitalise. The older women ( sorry I didn’t get your name). Was so helpful. She knew where I was coming from. She gave me a quote and recommended someone to lay them. It was the best thing I have ever done. Thank you.

Ordered buffalo turf $700 worth for diy project. Delivery service was very good but but turf was looking half dry already. I spent 3/4 on the levelling the ground to make sure the finish would be good but the actual roll or qwelts was so uneven , make the job look so bad. Definitely not recommending to anyone for turf. Maybe other service they provide is good but not in turf.
