Absolutely horrible service. Quoted me $150, charged me $280 and refused to leave my house until I paid. Looks like a primary school kid cut and pasted carpet. I said exactly how big the measurement was I needed replaced, said I had my own carpet spare and they charged me $280 and are refusing to refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Worst company / business I have heard of in years. My friends used this business to have their carpet stretched. Despite providing room dimensions prior to their arrival, they increased their quote and left their carpet damaged and un - stretched in different areas across the home. My friends are now out of pocket and business owner keeps making stories up about returning to fix it. As per the other reviews, I would steer clear.

If i could give zero stars I would! The following is how they "fixed" my carpet. They charged me $450 cash for a subby to come in. I asked for someone to be sent again, to fix their terrible job and I should not have to pay for that. They sent an amazing subby to actually fix the carpet but I was charged ANOTHER $450. Upon trying to contact the owner, he would not answer the calls or messages that I sent. It's important to know that on their website it says that all workers are inside the company and there are no subcontractors. These people are an abcolute scam. Do not use them!

Like the other reviews, do not use this company. Small 1 bedroom apartment. 2 rooms for carpwts. With stairs up to apartment. Madevaware of stairs as prior company hired unable to do stairs once arrived so they well knew it had stiars. Quoted $75 including $15 for stairs. The guy was 2 hours late and wanted to charhe $160 because of stairs. I got him down rto $100 as it was bond clean needing to be done. He was thrre for 10 minutes. Not dure how any decent clean was done

Do not use this company - so unprofessional. The workman did not clean the couch and left pools of muddy water throughout my living room. He also had to work BO which stunk out my house. Really unhappy and they refused to refund.
