Like the multiple recent 1-star reviews have stated, this place seemingly took my money and has no intention of sending me the two lights I've ordered. I have called and left several voicemails to no avail - placed the order over a month ago.
I've filed a complaint with NSW Fair Trade and I suggest other people who have been burned by these guys to do the same.

Stay well clear of this so called company , I ordered a light from them on the 24/10. Have not
Received it yet, have rung them sent messages and countless emails and they won’t answer
any. Wish I’d seen all these bad reviews before I made my purchase! They are nothing but
thieves. DONOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE

I placed an order recently and just wanted to contact them to change the delivery address. Calls are going to voicemail and they never come back. Not sure what’s going on. I’m now worried if I paid for a business that’s not operating anymore.
Also they said the order will take 3-7 business days when the order was placed and now it’s been more than 7 days.
Not responsive at all and don’t won’t to place orders again. Highly disappointed. Want to cancel the order that I placed. But not sure how.

Access Lighting has been my number one light supplier for a number of years. They also delivered the LED upgrade project to the entire hotel in Mercure Parramatta when I was there as a Maintenance Manager. Ben Roberts, the in-charge of the LED project was brilliant as well.
