We use state of the art GPR (ground penetrating radar) and Electro Magnetic (EM) scanners to locate both ferrous and non ferrous objects in all concrete structures and other sub surfaces.
Our non-destructive scanning of concrete is designed to evaluate the concrete structure to ascertain whether it is safe to excavate the slab or structure. Problem - eleven blind core holes 90mm diameter by 75mm deep have been drilled into the 150mm thick concrete slab to accommodate the installation of LED lights. After drilling, Expensive stone tiles were laid onto the slab thus covering the core holes. The pencil markings to locate the core holes were lost and the holes could not be located.
