Top quality service, can't recommend these guys enough. They were punctual, kept you updated, and even provided pictures to show before and after. So many companies in Perth should see how these guys do it - as they do it right! It's refreshing to not feel messed around by missed appointments, not knowing if things are on time or not, and feel genuinely like your business matters to them. During the installation, there were a few hiccups, namely wrong size batts ordered, small holes in the plasterglass ceiling where pressure down cause the ceiling to push away from glued areas, debris left behind in the roof space, a totally missed area, and broken roof tile whilst remedying the missed insulation and disabled security.
Your company made repairs to the listed items and the guy was nice, I wasn't paying the balance until they were done, and we all moved on, sort of.
Due to some damage to my chimney, not you guys, I had to climb into the roof space again and upon moving some insulation

Very impressed with this company, very professional from our first phone call with Tiffany who was extremely thorough and all questions were followed up, too Jordan who was very knowledgeable and helpful. I unfortunately had a terrible experience with this business. I was quoted by Jordan for roof insulation who seemed to do a quick review of our roof cavities, provided a price and was on his way. The work was then booked in and when the site supervisor did her inspection before work commenced, advised there was a section of our roof that was slightly unsafe to do the work, however that there was a section that was fine. Due to being advised that something was unsafe, I decided to pull the pin on the work for that day so we could get a building inspector to have a look before any work was done in

I have nothing bad to report, there is a reason they have 5 stars. From the first email to the initial quote and final installation of the attic insulation, it was a pleasure to deal with Jordan, Tiffaney and the installation team. When they went in to the roof, they noticed the sheeting screws were not in great shape and they installed new ones for us. Also I'd like to add that they were very very well priced and extremely affordable. I only wish all companies were of the same calibre and price range for all my house renovations etc. Thanks again

We contacted Devin to quote for the supply and installation of Earthwool R4 for the whole house including the garage. Happy with the price quoted. Josh who is Devin's head supervisor came with another helper (sorry forgot his name) and promptly carried out the installation. They are very friendly and the whole process is very smooth. Workmanship is neat and we are very pleased. During one of the hottest day, my outdoor thermometer recorded a scorching 38 degrees but the internal house is only 26 degrees.
