We chose Pacific Patios over their competitors for our car port and el fresco area because of their great sales and superior workmanship. Their system for attaching the beam to the roof of our house gives much greater peace of mind compared to the other offerings in the market, and the quality of their products are excellent. From the great advice from their salesman, through to the meticulous craftsmanship of their builders and electricians, I would personally recommend Pacific Patios to anyone. Very happy customer!

We have just had our patio roof replaced and we could not be happier! Steve did an amazing job - the build quality, finish and attention to detail are all exceptional - we could not have asked for anything better. We recently had Pacific patios install a patio over our front deck.
Found them very professional from the outset. When quoting; Richard was the only one to supply a detailed written quote on the day and it was based on what we wanted not what a salesman was trying to sell.
They arranged all Council approvals and work commenced within the indicated time frame.
We were also very impressed with the two trades people that attended (Brendan and Chad). Workmanship was first class and they cleaned up each day before leaving the site.
We are delighted with the finished product and would highly recommend

Steve Essam & the team at Pacific patios were great to deal with. From the initial design & quote stage, Steve gave us a clear idea of different design & cost options to suit our patio area.
Obviously Pacific Patios & all of there team are very experienced as the whole job from start to finish was handled by them without any issues.
The tradesmen at Pacific patios that did the instal were flawless, everyday they left the house completely packed up & tidy! It's clear to see that they are highly motivated. I would definitely use Steve & his team again.

We've just had our fly-over patio completed from Pacific Patios...we got a variety of quotes from a number of companies on the Gold Coast. Decided to go ahead with PP based on these reviews all though they were also one of the companies down the lower end in regards to pricing.
Apart from the flyover looking a million bucks. The guys that came and did the build were fantastic - they turned up every day and filled us in on what was happening, they were clean, quick and respectful.
100% happy with both the service from Steve (owner) the sales team and the builders would definitely recommend them

Steve and the team at Pacific Patios completed the most amazing transformation to our home with a timber deck patio and a 3 section roof. The tradesmen in the team are of exceptional quality and operated on time and tidy as they went. They also completed privacy screening to our boundary fence in powder coated slats which looks amazing. I totally recommend Pacific for any decking, roofing or patios.

We are so happy we went with Pacific Patios to create our outdoor space! Our job was turned down last minute by a different provider because they had bigger and better jobs by the time we got to the final stages. We spoke to Richard who was quick to provide a quote and a competitive price, and the process just rolled from there. Given we had committed to a completion time frame, Gareth did a great job working out the design for our patio and the build team Brendan and Mitch were so efficient on the job, went above and beyond for us, with the job being completed over a week before our requested

We contacted Steve Essam, based on a recommendation from a friend, to have a new fly over patio roof installed. Within days Steve was at our place advising on the best design based on the size and layout of the area. Steve was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, he even gave us some great ideas for the design of our outdoor kitchen/living area. We were provided a quote then and there, with the pricing being very reasonable.
