I called in the morning for a quote for gutter cleaning , unblock down pipes and replacing the leaf guard and they were here before lunch , the quote was very competitive and they were able to do it that day ,
they also replaced 2 tiles that were broken.

It relates to the recent clean-up in 3 stores high block of units. With bad experience previously, I insisted on the owners' corporation to hire a company cleaning gutters without use of petrol blowers (due to safety and health reasons - making fine particles and pathogens airborne). In particular I asked my top floor balcony not being littered with debris from the roof and gutters being cleaned manually. "Gutterman" presented two quotes, with that of manual handling 80% more expensive. It was approved by the strata committee.

. I have regular follow ups for the service twice a year as we live in a bushfire zone.
I have always found the service reliable and punctual and value for money. We lived interstate

Alot of wasted time in that 45 min blowing the same leaves around. But still left a mess for me to clean up, pool deck and inside my front door. The explanation was, it was raining. Leaves were harder to pick up if they were wet, certainly applied in uncovered area, but those undercover and the pool, a different story. I did not get the 5 star service, maybe its the same guy who got the generous 1 star. Unimpressed. And expensive for about 30 min work.

Extremely disappointing, so careless. Created more mess (on balconies/windows etc) than the cleaning done and didn't address it at the visit. Even though they gave a 20% discount once feedback was shared about the mess and they returned to do some of the clean up, they were oblivious to the full extent of the mess created, not accepting of the feedback nor apologetic. Will not use again.

I have been using Gutterman since 2011. ALWAYS a great job and priced correctly. I have tress overhanging my roof and I have the gutters cleaned yearly. They are also great to clean the tiles. They do this for me each time I see too much lichen starting to cover the tiles. I cannot recommend anyone better the Gutterman
