Simmark have had our back from the install of a solar system and air conditioning on our new house and all of the follow-up work. We have gone on to add a Myenergi Zappi 3 phase car charger and Eddi hot water solar diverter to ensure that we utilise our own power generation as much as possible. Matt, Ben and the team from Simmark have been incredibly supportive by jumping on board with the crazy ideas I come up with. The system we have designed keeps the house warm via underfloor heat pump hydronic heating, our hot water hot and our house battery and car fully charged, all with zero reliance on

Could not be happier with Ben, Barney and the crew. Showed up on time and did a fantastic job. Went over and above by repairing some tiles found to have cracks on other side of roof. Very respectful team of tradesman and apprentices. Only used quality parts and In and out in one day.

The original company from Thirroul blocked my phone number and would not get back to me when I had a problem with the solar.
I then contacted Simmark and they sent somebody out right a way.
They knew what they we’re doing and gave me a couple of options to get the solar up and running
Within a week they had the parts, fixed the problem and have had no issues since.
Very professional, honest and efficient.

Couldn't recommend Simmark more highly. Their professionalism and attention to detail was exceptional. Fitted us in quite quickly and completed the job without any problems at all. The team were punctual, polite, efficient, tidied up after their work, and were respectful in terms of covid safe etc.It was also hard to find air conditioning technical assistance during this lockdown , so we were thankful they were around.
We only had a minor maintenance job, thank goodness, but wouldn't hesitate to use Simmark again if needed

Outstanding customer service from Matt, who was our first contact he is knowledgeable and easy to understand he explained the system and process in an easy to understand manner.
The office girls were very prompt and communication was awesome.
the installation team was on time even needing to dodge rain bad weather hey turned up done an outstanding job, i came home from work and it was done the area was clean and tidy and well presented, the workmanship is of a very high quality and every question i have has been answered fully and promptly.
i could not recommend them highly enough.

Ben and the team at Simmark recently installed our solar panels. From the initial consult where they came out and explained all the available options in detail as well as looking at our power use, they were able to provide a solution which ticked every box for us. The installation was very efficient and everything was on time and as promised. Would have no issue recommending friends & family. Friendly, trustworthy and professional.
