The Treelife team was fantastic! The guys were punctual, polite and friendly, and importantly really listened and understood what I was after with my very big and complicated pruning job - extremely professional in every way. They did a wonderful job on 17 trees, consulted with me along the way, and were happy to move my pots, put them back, do the tree above the beehive before the bees were out and about, and they cleaned up really well before they left. Very happy with the fantastic job the team did removing a huge amount of massively over grown James Stirlings along side the whole length of our fence and close to the house. the boys dismantled them with great skill and professionalism so there was no damage to the house or fence. The guys then took down a large Cypress in our front yard in the same manner. They also did a great job with the clean up. Great group of guys and really friendly and very happy to help you any way they can. Zane, Damian and Ruben were even happy to help putting a section of fence back in which had to be removed for

Needed to remove one 8m tree and lop some limbs off a 10m gum that is on the side of a hill, one limb was hanging over the fence. Fit us in on short notice (we are local to the depo), came prepared, professional and friendly. They even chopped the gum tree into foot long chunks of firewood and cleaned up the woodchips off the driveway. No damage to fences or gardens, clean and fast job. Thanks guys.

We asked them to do a report on the trees on our property in preparation for council approval to remove the trees.
Initially they said they could do it the following week in the morning. Come the day they said they would come on site, we called at the end of business day, with no word from them at that point, to follow up on how the report went.
What we got instead was that they were absolutely too busy to do the job they said they would, and failed to contact us to let us know that they would not do the job they said they would.

The process was so simple, we made a time for Troy to provide a quote, he was here on time and within a few hours the quote was received. Troy advised us of the time the men would arrive and they arrived promptly on time. They were professional and highly skilled. Our tree was so close to the house and they managed to drop branches perfectly.
They stacked the wood in neat piles for us to split. They tidied up and left my property in a neater conditioner then when they arrived. I Highly recommend Treelife!!

Troy did a quote for us a year ago for pruning. Even though they didn't get the quote at that time, we were really impressed with Troy's punctuation & he was responsive.
So a year later we got him to quote for removing a tree, and he did manage to give us a good price.
Everything went smoothly, communication was good, the clean up was fair.

The Tree Life removed our huge front yard conifer in record time 14/06/17, they were all efficient, hard working, conscientious, courteous and did an absolutely brilliant job - even cleaning up the mess afterwards with the blower.
