WOW - The service was fantastic. Initially I purchased coded locks through the Locks Galore website because it provided a lot of product information and the videos were extremely helpfull. I was really blown away when the order I placed on Monday arrived in Adelaide on Tuesday. I then placed a larger order and Locks Galore phoned me to clarify and explain the product before shipping. This order also arrived from interstate the following day.
This level of service is hard to find and the product was excellent quality. Couldn't recommend them more highly!

Customer service absolutely second to none! I ordered the wrong size locks and after an email this was happily and promptly corrected by Colin, I only paid postage. Prices are the best and backed up by the friendly and fair way they conduct their business.
