I have been dealing with a lady name Nanjit at Alder who I believe has a very positive personality, friendly and professional manner.
On previous occasions I have been greeted by other employees as abrupt and can't wait for you to leave the show room.
I congratulate Alder in employing such a lovely lady as Nanjit.
It will be a pleasant experience going back to Alder if need be in the future.

Same issue as previous review by Claude. Looks like same basic vito bertoni handheld shower - heads given way and you can clearly see the material its screwed into has given way and u lodged. Tried ringing the store as we'd built our house and got it circa 2017 but tried to explain circumstances where basically usage was light - to last a couple of years seems pretty shabby. Rightfully out of warranty but i suppose that's why the warranty is so short. Have never had handsets give way like this growing up with other brands. Quality at this lower end i would definitely avoid. Came with our home so

Everything was fine, until a number of our taps started to leak. Their plumber came and repaired them, scratched all of them around the temperature indicator, and only adjusted them but didn't change any parts. But we accepted it because the repair was done.
Two months later, they all began leaking again. They said it was now out of their warranty, and would not help us with replacing them, that it was separate issue despite their plumber having already worked on it recently. They claimed he did all he could and changed the parts for us, and refused to believe me when I told them he didn't change

Do not recommend the black tapware range. We have been in our new home 9 months and had half of them replaced already and still they are coroding and rusting :( they look absolutely terrible. The black wipes off when you clean them also, we haven't used any chemicals on them and followed care instructions. Would never use them again!
