Scott and his boys were the best to deal with. From first contact to finished installation was about 3 and bit weeks including the Xmas break. They removed my evaporative system, ducted gas system, they fitted a nice and quiet Mitsubishi reverse cycle ducted system with all the zones and wifi. It’s the coolest the house has been since moving in on Xmas eve. Thank you again Scott. Would recommend to everyone.

Our evaporative cooling stopped working a week ago. Being summer and potentially still holidays for tradies I expected this to be a stressful and difficult thing to rectify. It was quite the opposite! Scott's communication is second to none, I had a quote emailed to me within an hour .. took my call answering my questions and concerns very professionally and politely. Called on a Friday afternoon and had a new working system installed by Wednesday morning the following week. Extremely impressed with Scott's team who did the installation also. Highly recommend !!!

Over a month ago I requested a quote for a split system unit installation. Scott was very quick to respond with a quote and provided excellent advice on which unit to install. At this point I had received 5 quotes from different companies around the area and Scotts advice, communication and price was by far the best. However, I was also recommended a different company who had installed AC units for my parents and sister so decided to go with them even though their price was slightly higher. This other company took over a month

Called up Scott on a Tueday to request a quote on a ducted split system install to help form comparisons with other installers in the area. Not only did Scott help provide me with a better branded unit with higher KW, he also came in with an overall cheaper price.
Scott came for a visit the following day and did a quick run through of the place to make sure I was comfortable with the install - asking questions I hadn't thought about and overall gave me more than I expected without any additional cost to the original quote.
A deposit was paid and the install was scheduled for the following Friday

They installed an air conditioner and did a great professional job. They were there when they said they would be which is a breath of fresh air compared to a lot of other trades people.
And the price was very reasonable and by far the most competitive than all others so I am one happy customer

Three split system units supplied and installed. Very good job, great team and nice work ethic. They completed the job even when the rain was pouring halfway through and still managed to clean up everything in the rain. Remove the boots when entering the house to keep the house clean. Highly recommended to my friends.
