Sanctuary Pest Control and Termite Managementwas started in Byron Bay in 1994 with the belief that the home is a sanctuary and as such should be a safe and healthy place to be. Later on this belief was expanded to include the world we live in as a sanctuary (and who can argue looking at this beautiful pocket of land and sea) and taking care of this world was a duty that could not be overlooked.
Lismore and Nimbin are great places and are both hubs for business and tourism. On the doorstep of some wonderful national parks and areas of exceptional beauty it should come as no surprise that even termites love the place! Given the sensitive nature of this large area we only perform our termite monitoring and baiting using a system which is specific to termites.
A big part of Ballina itself is an island with surrounding areas such as Wardell, Lennox Head and Cumbalum. These and other neighbouring suburbs provide pests such as termites, ants and cockroaches with the different types of environments and living conditions they need to thrive. Because of the land diversity around Ballina different pests become problems in different areas and different treatments will be needed.

Michael is a genious! I've used him for years to keep our place insect free.
Taught me tricks to recognise army worms in my lawn where I noticed lots of yellow patches... "wet towel overnight on patches you suspect may be infected ...in the morning will be loads of army worms under. Get onto it quick w spray or special sand as followup or...yr lawn may be history.

Sanctuary got rid of our termites in a way that was safe for our newborn and the environment.
