Hands down the best customer service I've ever received. The staff at Kingston Locksmiths went well out of their way to make new copies of my keys when the original copies didn't work out. They were apologetic for the hassle, and I was delighted to see they remained confident and resolved to handle any issue I might have. One staff member in particular, a younger guy, was incredibly gracious with his time which he dedicated to solving just my issue, and he even gave me some extra keychains. Truly wonderful customer service.

These guys are awesome! I took in a very expensive watch to be engraved. I was a little nervous to find out if the watch would be wrecked or if it would turn out the way I wanted it to.

Fortunately these guys know what they are doing and engraved the watch perfectly! And best of all their pricing is more then generous!
Not only that, they offered to remove the watch links for free once I had given the watch to the recipient and they needed it refitted!
