How refreshing to have a couple of guys namely Callum and Hayden install my window. From start to finish they have been outstanding. During the process they kept me informed, all the way, cleaned up the mess ,not one error in the whole job. Truly a wonderful experience and how tradesmen should be. We are so pleased with the service of southern cross windows,after ringing several companies, they were the only firm that came to give us a firm quote.They turned up when they said they would [ a rare thing these days] completed the work on time, and kept us in the loop at all times.So much so that at two other unit holders have looked at our balcony enclosed and contacted Paul to have theirs done.

Southern Cross Glass Windows & Doors are a fantastic family owned business, who clearly pride themselves on great customer service and brilliant tradesmanship. We had a beautiful bifold door installed along with a new window to go next to it and a half wall built as well as we didn't want a full window. Pete did a fantastic job and was very professional and cleaned up after himself. He also taped and sheeted up the entire doorway so the concrete grinding didn't go in the house. The quality of the products are fantastic and the roll out fly screen is a must for anyone thinking of getting a bifold
