Year round protection 3 visits per year $804 or $199 up front then $55 per month for 11 months. Includes: Cockroaches, Crickets, Spiders, Black Ants, Rodents, and an annual Termite Inspection.
Pest Patrol are qualified to install both physical and chemical barriers including Termidor, Biflex, Premise, Alterm, Homeguard, termortar, termitium and Altis reticulation systems. Once the building is complete a termiticide barrier must be installed around the perimeter prior to any paving or concreting being laid against the building.
Pest Patrol WA assists many contracts in the government and commercial sectors. We understand that every problem is different from business to business. The inspection will comprise of a visual assessment of accessible areas of the property to identify major and minor defects to the building and to form an opinion regarding the general condition of the building, this includes any safety observations at the time of inspection. You will receive a full report, including digital photos.

We've used Pest Patrol's silver cover for the last 2 years. We find it to be very good as we've had nothing crawling around since they sprayed. The staff are a pleasure to deal with over the phone and who do the job. I would highly recommend them as i wouldn't use anybody else due to their efficient and professional service.

Their technicians have always been very knowledgeable when overseeing the pest control of our commercial properties, intelligently selecting the most relevant treatments required to give the best value for money. Great customer service right the way through from their friendly booking service, which I find easy and accommodating, through to the treatment and subsequent inspections. John is a regular technician and our favourite, nothing was too much trouble for him and we will never use any other company. Best in WA!!

The team at Pest Patrol are very friendly and have great customer service. They respond to messages quickly and they do a great job. They did a thorough extermination at my property and we didn't see any spiders again well and truly past their guarantee time, we had them back again to do cockroaches and we never saw another cockroach again. I would highly recommend Pest Patrol to anyone looking for a high quality pest exterminator.
