Excellent service received today, called looking for help regarding a broken lock on an antique front door, as luck would have it one of their guys was close by and attended within 10 minutes. Lock replaced and all left clean and tidy. Called into shop to purchase additional keys which were cut within minutes. Shop carries a great range of security items so ended up making a further purchase. Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff. Can't understand some previous poor reviews so don't be put off.

Jim from Perth Locksmiths was excellent. He arrived promptly, despite the long distance he had to travel to reach us. He was quickly able to open our front door that had a broken multipoint lock... without any damage to the door! He fixed the lock, reattached it and made sure that it was working properly. He even took the time to check all our other locks. Great Service!!

Initially courteous and service sounded reasonably hopefull however 7-8 weeks later the story totally different. Company failed to respond to calls and it became clear they were just not interested, as we were being totally ignored - promises unfulfilled calls ignored - AVOID AT ALL COST - THERE ARE OTHERS OUT THERE!

On the few occasions I have entered the shop at 12 Milne Street whats struck me most is the totally unfriendly employee at the counter.
His manner and attitude come across as discourteous and unprofessional.
For whose reasons I only ever enter the shop in a last resort situation.
One can only wonder at the reasons for the continued employment of such an individual.
