John is exceptionally good at what he does - designing and installing great kitchens. I am uniquely able to say this because in recent years, I photographed many of his prize-winning kitchens. I have observed John interacting with many clients and have been impressed with his people skills and his extensive knowledge of the industry.
As of September 2014, I can speak from personal experience - our new kitchen is brilliant. The bottom line is that John manages the process professionally, minimising any stress along the way and leaves his clients very happy with the end result - including my wife
