Absolutely shocking experience. Engaged to do bond clean and had to come back three times by rental agency to reclean floors.Did not clean stove or oven - Bleach stain left on carpet that I had to pay to replace to landlord. Do not use this company!!!

This company recently did a bond clean for me which was not up to standard. Floors, doors, shower screens and cupboards were still dirty. Kathy promised to have cleaners go back to do the work however this never happened. She has since been ignoring my calls and emails. Overall poor quality and professionalism.

SCAM! Appalling cleaning service!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. We were charged nearly $800 to have the floors mopped. Disgusting effort. The real estate couldn’t return our bond due to the poor effort of cleaning from this business. We spent nearly a week trying to have them come back to result in the business saying “it’s your word against ours”. $800 later and we had to clean the house anyway. Don’t bother wasting your time and hard earned money. They do not reach real estate standard!!! Sent them back the list of unsatisfactory items to be re-cleaned and 10 DAYS later they agreed to

Zero stars should be added for service providers like this. My experience with this company was beyond appalling. I have a unique 3 bedroom townhouse and I specifically told the person giving the quote the size. I agreed to pay an additional $65 than what they normally charge.
When they arrived (1 hour late), they said they needed more money! I disagreed and was left all afternoon finding another cleaner. Thank god for air tasker!!!. I showed the messages where I explained the size and the the agreed price.
On a side note, when 3 Indian men arrive and stare at a woman, it’s extremely intimidating

We had James Bond cleaning conduct our bond clean and carpets and they had missed so much. We had our real estate give them a list to fix and they still do not fix the issues. The carpets were not cleaned correctly and could not provide us with a carpet cleaning certificate as proof of clean despite being advised that they could. For the amount they charged we were expecting an easy clean and handover to our real estate and resulted in lengthy disputes.

James Bond Cleaning Services did an excellent job with our bond clean - they scheduled us in at the last minute (on a Sunday, no less); they arrived on time; they charged us a very reasonable rate as per the original quote; and our landlord was very happy with their work. I did have some trouble getting in contact with them via the online quote form, however they answered immediately when I called the mobile, and emailed all the information I needed soon after. I would definitely use their services again.

I have enquired other cleaning services but I can say THIS. James Bond keep its word on the job and on time.
Also, I try to keep my place pretty clean. However after their work, my place gets "refreshed". Some spots that I didn't notice were identified by them very "honestly", and the job was done in a timely manner. Best part I think is their fine attention to details in given time.
I am satisfied with their work vs price. I recommend.

James 'pay-us-your' Bond cleaners are incredibly dishonest and unprofessional. They originally quoted us $329, before upping it to almost $600 once they turned up at the house.
We gave them accurate information about the size of our apartment - two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two balconies (one of which was tiny, only big enough to hang your clothes and nothing more.) The quote was for $329 for eight hours of cleaning.
