Wasted our time. Booked an appointment 2 weeks in advance and called a day before just appointment to confirm the appointment was still going ahead. Was told he’d return our call but the call was never returned and did not pick up when tried contacting him again. Therefore was a no show to the appointment. Very disappointing.
