Our pick up was last Thursday and delivery was Friday. Communication from the office was spot on, even when I rang to check how far away the truck was for pick up and again time was updated on the day for delivery and was rung an hour prior to arrival. Jordan and Lee did our pick up and delivery with the delivery being helped out by a few other… Lynn’s guys. Jordan and Lee were professional, friendly, helpful and kept me in the loop as the pack/unpack was happening. They did an excellent job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Lynn’s Removsls but also Jordan and Lee

Love living in our new home in Buxton QLD 4660. We are so pissed off, the removalist. 10k paid to them, and so much broken or damaged. Sent pics via email and a a phone call. They said that they would come to an agreement. Lol. Got their money and move on. We thought that we had the insurance checked. Mmm. Turns out that that wasn”t the case. We… had used Lynnes South Coast, before when we moved to Merimbula, 14 years ago. So now some feedback on our latest experience. No communication. Our furniture was damaged, Art work damaged, dryer dented and makes a noise , fragile glassware

Ring to report about a truck which blatantly disregards the signs saying no trucks over 4.5 tonnes and I speak to reception and say I would like to put in a complaint about one of your trucks which she responds “you want to or you would like to”..complete arrogance there and then says I’ll put you through to operations, I speak to the “manager” who when I explain this says “buddy, you do know the law says that if they’re delivering in that street they can use the road” to which I respond “yes, they can if they’re delivering in the portion from port hacking up to Kareena but

After a rapid sale of our property at Long Beach we used Lynns Removals for a massive 100 cubic metre uplift and storage. Craig, Jordan and Jamie arrived promptly Monday morning and worked, with hardly a rest break, to pack all our 'stuff'... Everything was handled with care and their courteous and professional approach was really appreciated.… Back on Tuesday morning for the completion of the pack and all the large items were stowed carefully by lunch time. We cannot recommend Lynns highly enough. Lots of communication with Louise, Brad and Ben made the move enjoyable.

We used Lynns to move the furniture and contents of an apartment in the Cairns Northern Beaches, QLD, to the far south coast of New South Wales (2800km). We could not be there at pick-up due to the pandemic travel restrictions, but a friend was present to let them into the apartment and answer questions. They turned up on time, packed very well, and had the delivery with us on time a few days later. Everything turned up in good condition, no damage to anything, including glassware and china. We put our home in Sydney on the market in March just before right when Covid hit Lynn's was awesome holding most of our stuff in storage till we moved in May then safely delivering it to out new home down south, then in November we again had the rest of out stuff moved when we sold. I can not praise them enough for the flexibility and ease in… which they accommodated our needs for our complicated move and the safe arrival of all our furniture and all our possessions. Every team member we met was great the guys worked with great care and not a thing was damaged.

Just had Tay and Jordan here delivering our heavy art objects. They were amazing. At the pick up and drop off they sized up the situation and came up with fantastic solutions; they were obliging, helpful and really strong! It was an absolute pleasure using Lynns. Call them at short notice for a move from Dapto to north Queensland and they were happy to accommodate. They were cheap and fast with service. Got to the house before they were due and unloaded the truck in no time. Nothing was broken or damaged and they guys were awesome. Couldn't recommend a better company.

Not happy at all with the treatment of our furniture. The guys worked hard and were polite but didn’t pack our things properly and we have scratches, chips, plants that had things put on top of them crushing them, our pianola had the laminate ripped off ( which they were aware of when it happened but hoped we wouldn’t notice) ran a scissor lift… into a pot prior to loading and said nothing ( it was only one honest guy who pulled me aside and told me the truth about what he had seen happen to both the pianola and pot) my ‘irreplaceable’ baby bassinet had a lot of its

I would highly recommend Lynns removals . Jon his daughter and Klass were amazing. Very friendly service and they went out of there way to help us pack everything just right so there was no damage to our furniture whilst in storage. Unfortunately not the best experience with Lynns Removals & Storage from Ulladulla. I'm not usually one to leave a review - but would like to make sure no one else has the same issue.
I had a precious table moved from the NSW coast to Melbourne. When it arrived the dowels that held it together were ruptured. The delivery man told me to tap it back in with a rubber mallet - but I could see that would have caused more damage due to the way it was broken. He was pretty rude and dismissive telling me that this was just a normal issue when moving furniture.
The company wouldn't return calls or emails
