While they’re a good bunch of people, I can’t say the same about the workmanship. After a year or so some of decking has come away from the foundation as the screws seemed sheered or broke which resulted in a lot of corners peeling away.
Part of the deck has sunken which has created a visible dip in the deck…and the last problem is with gaps opening up between the lengths of the decking, some of these gaps are over 10mm wide! I have sent them an email with photos and outlaid the problems, but they haven’t replied.
So, I am now on google leaving my first negative review.
