I contacted 3 companies for a quote. Leah contacted us and came out quickly and we had a design we liked and tweaked it to match after the draft. Easy to deal with, prompt, good customer service. The other 2 companies never bothered even trying. Have referred Advanced to clients and will come back for the 2nd section later on.

Advanced sails installed a fairly large sail over our pool. We are very happy with the shade sail, with the quality of the product, the workmanship and the price. I unreservedly recommend Advanced Sail Structures to anyone considering having a shade sail installed. The response to our inquiry was prompt with 'Leah' and 'Garry ' coming out to inspect the site within two days. I was very impressed by their courtesy, professionalism and knowledge. After listening carefully to my input they had sketched out a design within half an hour. The sail was made and installed within four weeks and the cost was somewhat less than we had expected. We were very impressed with the whole process and would certainly use them again.
