A friend recommended Taplin to me. So happy I went with them. The service I received from Bill, William, Anton and Marianne was exceptional. They were punctual, knowledgeable, professional and their attention to detail was impressive. Also, Taplin's prices were very competitive. Measure and quote was efficient, was promised a delivery & install of 3-4 weeks, paid deposit based on delivery and price. Called at 3-4 weeks to follow up on delivery and was told it would be a good month. Called after 5 weeks was told still waiting on parts and they would call me. It wasn't until I called again threatening to take the matter further that suddenly Taplin could install. It was completed 10 weeks to the day that the deposit was paid. Happy with the product, extremely disappointed with the delivery time frame and lack of information/communication regarding the delays.
