I just purchased a property with plain looking floorboards that haven’t been sanded or polished in ages. Jay and the team did an incredible job bringing the floorboards back to life. The team was professional, punctual, honest, and experienced - I couldn't recommend them more. The end result is lovely floorboards with character. The gentlemen who laid the floor cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommend!

We just had our floors completely transformed by Uniting Floors. Jay and his team were professional and knowledgeable. We had some floors that had never been sanded, some that had been tiled over (leaving a glue residue) and some that were parquet. All were made to look incredible. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Jay and his team did a fantastic job preparing, sanding and sealing a damaged engineered oak floor. The apartment was listed for sale and we needed it done urgently and professionally. We bought a new place and a week before moving in decided that we need to refinish our timber floors.

As hosts of International students we had a very limited window for when the floors could be sanded and polished. Jay took on the challenge and completed them in just 3 days with minimal mess and disruption. Jay sanded back the dated yellow polish and sealed with a water based matte finish which looks fantastic! He is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about timber flooring, their repair and maintenance.

Cannot praise Jay enough for the work he did in our house recently. One room was raw timber that he coloured, polished and made it pop, the finish was incredible. The second room was rejuvenation on previously polished floors that were under carpet that we pulled up. He literally brought the boards back to life. The finish is stunning. He was polite, offered suggestions and his work impeccable.
