I needed a replacement key for my Toyota Yaris which it appears can be a challenge.When I called I was quoted a very high amount compared to other automotive locksmiths. I was told not to trust any other Locksmiths because they were the only registered dealers besides two others on the North Coast. I agreed that they check my car but they could not fix it. I was told they would get back to me if someone in their business could sort out the issue. I never heard from them again.

I was in a bit of dire straits and needed help ASAP I rang and had a guy come out to where I was within 15mins - extremely happy with the service and the price also. I contacted other locksmiths and received no help and quite rude service but the bloke I dealt with from Ultimate was a legend, respectable and professional and made sure I was looked after. Cheers guys !!

Cannot thank Tom enough . He went above and beyond to firstly get into our car which had a broken barrel lock, broken door handle and a flat battery ( the latter thanks to NRMA who managed to switch on the hazard lights but couldn’t unlock the car). Tom had it open in five minutes . Fixed the lock, programmed the key and jump started the car. BMW offered zero advice. Another locksmith I rang gave me ultimates number and said “ if they can’t get into the car, you’ll need a brick.” Tom spent 2 1/2 hours getting us sorted. BMW wanted 464 dollars just for a key which wouldn’t have solved

My old Ford Falcon was ready for programming. After having this car at Titan Ford Brookvale for 2 weeks. Staff were very kind but wasted my time and money. They declined/refused to do the programming, not even try, unless I bought ford genuine keys. they quoted $629 dollars to do the job which was more then the street value of the car. I had the Car towed back to my residence at the cost of $150 as it was my second tow on the same break down. NRMA would only pay for one tow. Tom is highly competent, helpful and really great guy - He turned a saviour for me! I had a problem with my car key remotes. Both remotes stopped working suddenly. I went to Volkswagen Castle Hill - they only wasted my time and money! They had no clue how to repgramme the key remotes! Tom on the other hand took mere 15 minutes to sort everything out and reprogramme the remotes! I was awestruck with his skills! Definitely recommend them to everyone around! Great Guys!!

Daniel was amazing. My Mum has an old car and her sensor key stopped working and couldn't get it replaced or fixed anywhere. Rang Daniel and he was lovely and came out within a few hours and easily disconnected the imobaliser for a great price and we then could easily start the car. I highly recommend him and his company. He made what was a stressful time not being able to start the car to a good day and problem fixed. Thank you again
