The team at Akana were very helpful and knowledgeable about all aspects of supplying and installing the panels and the inverter overall there pricing was very reasonable considering the quality of the products they recommended and also the warranty was up there on the top tier. I would have no problem recommending them.

Louis was very informative and easy to talk to when I first communicated with Arkana, and he was very accessible and easy to talk to throughout the whole process. During installation, we met such wonderful guys, who were friendly and very professional! Until we had power, we were more than happy to come into our home while we were away, and they rang to see if we would like the generator turned on for our camp fridge! Excellent sales staff, know their product and very friendly. They came out and looked at our home, discussed our power needs and didn’t try to sell us things we didn’t want. The installers were friendly and courteous young fellas, flexible in considering different installation plans to the original in order to reduce the parts needed and optimise solar efficiency. Ongoing customer service is easy, friendly and efficient. Highly recommend Arkana.

From start to finish of installation and commissioning our experience with Arkana Energy has been fantastic. No pushy sales people just honest advice backed by a solid supply chain. Even though they are based in Brisbane we got the same quality service here in Highfields. I have to admit the whole process of dealing with Arkana has been a breeze. From Brett visiting to installation 4 days ago, this company has conducted themselves as a highly professional team. Full explanations of every question and concern. Even AFTER installation (today, in fact!), I contacted their service dept and was greeted with genuine care for my question (I've since worked it out, I think). The iPhone App provided gives me confidence that I made the right choice in system and I can check my consumption and output at a second's notice. AWESOME! 5/5 stars!

Great company to deal with from start to finish, could not be happier with our choice for our solar system. They were upfront, punctual and honest. Could not have been more helpful and were only to happy to answer any questions and concerns I had about such a large decision. They are a solid company and not a “flyby” company who set up purely for the government rebate and then leave you high and dry with a cheap and nasty product. Although Arkana were not local to me I was impressed with their industry certification and high level of customer service.

My husband had been harassed by a bunch of foreign sales reps, from off shore call centres trying to sell a system over the phone without coming to sit down with us. Arkana Energy took the time to come and see us, see our house, and find out our requirements, and tailor a solar system to suit our needs.
The installers were polite, professional and did a superb job. As you can see, our panels look fantastic, and we couldn't be happier.

Great service, painless experience. Brett was great, explained the pros and cons of solar, what to expect, how much I could possibly save etc. Ash and Ben were great guys, installation went smoothly, highly educated and genuine people. Loan application was approved instantly. New meter was installed quickly and now I’m up and running. Rang Brett to check the numbers and he responded immediately, great guy, goes above and beyond. App is working fine, sun is out, I’m generating power. Happy days.

Highly recommend Arkana Energy to anybody looking at getting solar installed. They were great from the start, the salesman was not pushy and very informative and helpful. There was a shading issue discovered after installation but Arkana bent over backwards to get it resolved absolutely free of charge and on a good sunny day the system is producing above what the proposal claimed. I trusted the positive reviews and I am glad I did. Install and customer service top notch 👍🏻
