Not quite as much maintenance. Tracks need lubricating, and often re positioning. Also the springs need tensioning. When things go seriously wrong. Don't panic. They can be fixed. Panelift Doors break springs. They only have so many cycles on them, and if you are in a corrosive area they will break sooner.
