Initial interaction and quoting was great. I think the issue was trying to get the job completed before xmas and a few things were rushed (snapped/ bent concrete fixings, gaps not square, screws falling out) all were finally fixed after 4 attempts. Gate ceased to open after 2 weeks which was found to be a loose connection at the control box that I fixed myself. All in all im happy with the end product, probably just needed a bit more attention to detail.

Requested a quote.. they called organised for early Friday morning for them to come and inspect my driveway and to discuss what style entry gate would suit. I took time off from my work but no one came, no phone call to let me know they weren't coming either.. called the guys number no answer.. won't be using them at all for any of my properties.

Have seen their work and it’s a job well done in and out. Unfortunately when we asked for a quote we had to chase up Dale for it to be emailed. 4 phone calls later and a quote was finally sent out over a month later Jan 21st. Unfortunately we were sent 3-4 pages of your business templates with no measurements or job requirements filling in the blanks. We Replied to the email 2wks later on the 8th feb asking for you to check the documents and we supplied you with our measured requirements .....still waiting for someone to reply and give us a quote from our initial contact first week of December

I ordered an automatic gate - custom built. The gate took what I thought to be a fairly long time - 2.5 months? There were delays - all of which had a reasonable explanation - and in time the gate was built. The company is good at building gates - we are happy with the outcome. The company is not so good at keeping you informed about what is going on. At the end of the day though we were paying for a gate and I am pleased to say the final product is good.
