J.J. Shelton, Jr. has spent his entire career working on oil spills and inside petrochemical plants. He entered the spill response industry in the 1990s as a recovery technician for one of the region's largest emergency response companies, steadily rising to hold multiple leadership positions there.

My husband applied for a job there and was called in for a interview and JR told him how much he wanted him to go to work for the company and telling him he was going to get him the most money he could possible to start to work for them, he said he had to talk to his brother to find out what was the most they can pay him so he was told give him a that day and he will get back with him about putting him to work. In the mean time he turned down 2 other jobs because he seen how inthuzed JR was with him and all that was offered with the job. Then no phone call from JR instead from someone else and
