The quote I was given was affordable, the tree surgeons arrived on time both occasions, they left a clean yard and did a fantastic job overall. Our senior arborist Steve Griffith has a Diploma of Arboriculture and is a Level 5 arborist.

I cannot provide a review on work undertaken as it was determined that none was necessary but the level of customer service I received from the TreeWorks team was second to none.
The delightful Steve visited to quote on tidying a few trees and I was almost sorry no work was needed yet as I could have happily sat and chatted trees all afternoon.

The Treeworks team are highly professional, communicate what they are doing and why, were punctual and provided a high quality service. One large tree removed and all of it cleared from the site and left spotless. The de stumping was done and advice about how I could rejuvenate the space and soil left, was also provided which was also very helpful. Highly recommend their services. They delivered exactly what they said they would.

Your crew undertook the three jobs with the minimum of fuss. The main job of trimming a large tree overhanging our driveway and house was done professionally, safely, and with the appropriate levels of care to the existing garden. The team undertook a thorough clean up by removing all debris from the site, I am very impressed! Very happy to recommend your team, I will use your company for future jobs.

I ordered the mulch beginning of September from the Treeworks website. The photo advertising the mulch is the second photo. The mulch I received beginning of December hasn’t resembled the mulch that was advertised as clearly seen on the first photo. My neighbor complained that it is rotting and the odour coming from it is very unpleasant.

It was an absolutely pleasurable two-day experience having a team of first class professionals remove my very large, sick Gumtree. The cleanup was amazing!!! The men are friendly, relaxed and obliging, nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to provide a first class job. TreeWorks did such a great job at our complex cutting down and removing a huge gum tree that was sick and dangerous over our house. They were so lovely to my 6 year old letting him watch and even made him a little stool. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and all branches were removed without any damage to our property. We were really happy!
