I purchased & installed a large 2.7 high X 1.4 wide cavity slider unit, door and Euro Cav track system from Altro. Really happy with the service from ordering, to turn around times on manufacturing and the finished cavity slider door system installed on my project. Gavin at Altro provided great customer service, a peace of mind and was prompt with any question or assistance i needed with the install. I'm totally disappointed with their service and products. Firstly, it takes a while until they send you a price. Although they mention everywhere on their website about their Euro quality and rollers Made in US, it is actually everything Made in China. My doors fell off after just 3 weeks. They are quite expensive but definitely not worth the money. Don't make the same mistake I did! Stay away from this scammers!

My property is on the NSW Central Coast. I had a problem with a cavity door. I had the tool to fix but not the understanding, know how or skill.
I contacted Altro and was referred to Gavin. I explained my situation, we discussed possible solutions but Gavin concluded that he should visit personally, and said he could do so over the weekend.
On Sunday 15th March Gavin treated his young family to a Sunday drive, (from Glenhaven - quite a distance) arrived at our place, fixed what was a simple problem, and said payment was not necessary.
This level of dedication and service is quite unusual and
