Very nice staff, helpful, didn't try push products I didn't need. I was sold a pool cleaner, which was suitable to my needs. Wayne the owner, opened the box and briefed me on how the cleaner system worked, how I could change the intake aperture as it comes with three sizes, small, medium and large. I am happy with my experience, called earlier in day, asking whether they had what I wanted, they had the pool cleaner in stock in numbers, unlike many other pool stores where you have to buy it and wait for it to be ordered and to arrive. I left happy with my experience today at Easy Pools, Hendra.

After having another Pool company tell me my pump was dead and required replacement, it just didnt seem quite right, so I made a call to Edward and over the phone he got the pump running (Bypass power) and we didnt require a replacement.
It is the day before Australia day, and he made the time to assist me with no stress at all, was knowledgable and only too happy to assist.
We have since engaged him to perform our maintenance and completely trust his and the team advice.
If you are looking for an honest responsive operator - you can not go past this team.
