Thank you Ausmar for building our very first home. Also, thank you for changing my construction supervisor and providing me David Firth. David is very professional and upon knowing that he will take over our house building, he arrange the meeting. Also, David is really good and very knowledgeable in supervising construction plus he will always… check the quality of every job at a super standard and explain to me the job that been done. we are at peace when David took over our building. Thank you also for Lyana Rossow for the turn over and explaining to me all the warranties of the house

We feel so lucky to have chosen to build our first home in the midst of this crazy construction boom. It looks amazing and we just love every aspect of the design. Overall Ausmar Homes have exceeded my expectations throughout the whole process. Particularly Tavis and Mel, in the beginning I had trouble finding a builder that could make what I wanted work and Tavis was able to do that and so much more. When it came to the building process I couldn’t be more grateful for Mel, anything big or small she was always ready to help and made the handover experience awesome! Mel and Will have been an absolute pleasure to deal with. They both have been so helpful throughout the build with constant updates and a divine finished product. The wonderful experience extended beyond the finished product with Will always on call for small little knick knacks you often come across within the first month of moving in. Good experience from start to finish, with excellent selections on cabinetry/veneers/tiles etc without the hefty additional price tag! The team were happy to help and customise the build to my preferences, and were exceptional and keeping me in the loop (buildertrend is a great app!). All in all, would definitely build again with ausmar, special thanks to Will and Mel for keeping everything on track and the lovely house warming gifts!

We are super happy with our new home! The team at Ausmar have been nothing but a blessing for us as first home builders. Every step of the way nothing was ever too hard and always explained thoroughly. The contractors are some of the best quality workers I have ever came across and our site supervisor was the most friendly and approachable person.
