Solar Package Install and Power Board Upgrade/Relocation: a great business to work with, great communication, went above and beyond for my current situation with weather and an energex timeframe. They also did an install for me 2020 so this is a repeat service. I can not thank them enough and recommend them without question. They have great teams who are friendly and highly professional.

A lady turned up to consult us about our solar (we already had solar installed couple of years ago and considering expansion), seen our power bill, tried to convince us that our current solar feed-in reading is due to poor quality solar panels - instead of telling the truth that those readings are after our solar power consumption gone to the grid, tried to make up stories about customers dissatisfaction with other solar companies. So disappointing. Not recommended.

We had obtained a few quotes but were left very unsatisfied. I came across Chris Elec Solar and from the moment we met them they were professional and provided a very comprehensive review of what to expect with solar. They also agreed to install at a reasonable price. On the day of installation they were professional and very timely.

Poor quality and customer service experience. Installed solar panels facing the completely opposite direction than what was initially agreed (requested west facing solar panels but installed east, which we found out on our own). Very long delay in setting up and having the system functional following installation (1-2 months).
Overall, lots of promises but very poor delivery. Expectations need to be managed better.

We paid enormous amounts in electricity having several ppl in our home and renters. We knew we needed a solar solution. I was very dubious about it and the cost. Once we met with the team, we realised that it would be a cost effective solution
The team were great and made the install and finance so smooth.
I hardly think about paying it off and haven't seen big bills. Such a relief. Looking forward to more aircon in summer worry free.

A lady turned up for a solar quote but because my wife was not able to attend the appointment, the salesperson refused to come in and left. The company apparently has a policy that "husband & wife must both attend the appointment", because their records show that they will not make a sale otherwise! Their sales manager called later to confirm that this is the case, no husband and wife = no quote. Interesting approach to business!
