Very unprofessional business. Save yourself some time and effort and source a cabinet maker/joiner that won't stuff you around. Came to provide us with a quote, then once we chased up the quote, sent an email to say that we should find another cabinet maker as they were 'too busy'. Obviously the job wasn't a big enough job. Probably saved us a headache.
