Services
The Roof Membrane Next Generation coating system is a full restoration process installed by Dulux AcraTex Registered Roofing Applicators to ensure total confidence. The entire roof is inspected for damaged tiles, loose or missing bedding, moss and lichen. Damaged tiles and faulty valley irons are replaced where required.
Affordable Total Restorations offers a wide range of house rendering services for commercial and residential properties and we are experienced and licensed to install on multi-story properties. All of our tradesmen hold Blue Cards (Construction Industry, Safety Induction Course) and 'Working at Heights' certificates.
Once we have your contact details i.e phone number office person makes contact to discuss requirements and in turn have one of our sales people phone to organize an inspection. A warranty of ten years comes with all our products covering cracking, blistering and peeling, note manufacturers do not cover fade unless very extreme within a short period of time.
Please pass on my thanks Emma for organising each part of the restoration. Sam did an awesome job cleaning the dirt off the roof, i have never seen it so clean. Adam also did a great job on the roof pointing and painting, i can't find any faults in his workmanship at all. He has a good eye for detail.

Highly recommend this company. Had our roof repaired/painted along with our garage door, gutters and down pipes. Very happy with their customer service and quality of work. Quote was very reasonable and their tradesman were friendly and on time and cared about the quality of work. The paint for our gutters didn't meet the standards for the painter so he was straight off the bunnings to get a new bucket. The excess was left for us incase we ever need to touch anything up. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Had to get my roof in Robina sorted out prior to the solar going on. This is the second time I've used them and Alan never fails to impress with his straightforward attitude and knowledge of his craft. Squeezed me in so my solar could go ahead and capture the 44c FIT. Everything was clean and tidy and leaving me some spare tiles already painted up ready for any broken during my solar installation was a nice touch. Happy to recommend them.

We had our high set house done recently and overall the job was ok but had over spray on our solar panels which was only noticed by our neighbor which they cleaned when told about it. It took about a week to do the job as I think they forgot about us and the scaffolding was left on the roof for over a week as they must have forgot about it. Seems like they need better organisation.

Affordable Roof Restorations came to our home as we had a leak through a light in ceiling during the heavy rains we experienced a couple of weekends ago.
Allan went to a great deal of trouble to find a broken tile, and we could not fault his approach to dealing with us. He answered any questions we had and then arranged for a quote to get roof repointed and guttering replaced.
This has now all been arranged and would recommend any person/business that needs roof repairs to contact his company.
