There are leaks all over the house since moved in and when 1 item is fixed another leak appearing somewhere else, when it’s raining heavily there are leaks appearing, turning the air conditioning it’s leaking as well, heater issue for than 4 time in 6 months cracks in doors and walls worst quality build ever I have experienced with Carlisle Home. Extremely disappointed With the build quality.
I have built many homes with multiple builders never experienced this worst quality as if everything starts falling apart one after another in this house.

Been in our house almost 2 years now a few issues with building fixed, others were just ignored. Window installed upside down, gap in bedroom window causing Loud whistle when windy keeping us up at night, bricks slanting wrong way and funnelling water into the garage when it rains rotting the wood around the door. Carlisle are amazing at the start but very hit and miss with building.

While it all started as a word of mouth, how Carlisle homes were amazing and they do go the extra mile for their customers, our experience with the build was not always so amazing.
Their Sales team did an amazing job explaining what was included while we were debating which builder to choose, we were happy with the inclusions that Carlisle offered and we decided to proceed. We proceeded to contract signing, but they had zero negotiation policy in regards to any alteration of the contract clauses, because there were a few we didn’t agree with, which made us think twice before proceeding. Carlisle built our house and we were reasonably happy with most things. However their follow up service has been pathetic.
The bathroom sink had a crack in it so they sent someone out to do a repair. This was all fine, a lovely man came and repaired it and also told us at the time he believes it probably had the crack when installed but it would of been very hard to see until later on. This repair has failed a few years later, the porcelain has started cracking because water has obviously been getting in. One of the worse customer service and unprofessionalism in Carlisle homes I came across - Staff booked appointment but did not arrive for appointment. I did not receive any phone call or any information for cancellations. I attended online meeting for color appointment with staff week ago and he told us, he will get back to us with in 2 days but did not hear back anything. I am regretting to choose the Carlisle homes.

Building a home with Carlisle . when we did our spectra appointment, we choose our colors but due to the technical issues we couldn't see our color selection and they had no samples to show us for few things including garage door. first thing they messed up is my facade look and the second thing is garage door which is not matching the facade color or the timber look. total different what we select on that day. on our PIC appointment we noticed that the carpet is done very poorly and pealing off from every corner and each room. after 2 weeks for the handover we noticed the carpet was not done and

They talk like they doing a big favour to you. They call you anytime if you put an enquiry, if you can't talk they will never call you back. Talk like they are doing you a favour. Nagma, Preeti and some other guy. I booked an appointment online and got reminders for that but no one called. When I called, the guy I spoke to pretend the enquiry never came through. If they are behaving like that, even though you haven't signed a contract yet. Imagine once you sign up. I was impressed with the online designs and wanted to go ahead. But can't be bothered now.

Just over a year ago we began the process that is and was buying and building our very first home. To start we originally contacted a few well known builders to just to see what was out there. The company claiming to be Australia's number 1 home builder didn't even get back to us after three enquiries to them. After this we realised the new best approach was to just spend a day or two inspecting display homes and go from there.
